Thank you for registering your child for our Academic Enrichment Program at the Al-Ansaar Islamic Foundation! We’re excited to welcome your family into our community.

Our program, starting on October 6th, promises to provide engaging lessons in Science, Social Studies, and Islamic Studies tailored to meet the needs of each student. We look forward to helping your child learn and grow in a supportive environment while making new friends. Please note the program guidelines below.

Program Guidelines

To ensure a positive and respectful learning environment, we encourage students to follow these guidelines:

Water Bottles: Please send a reusable water bottle with your child.

Snacks: Healthy snacks will be provided. Please inform the program teacher of any allergies or dietary restrictions.

Respect and Behavior: Students are expected to show respect and cooperate with teachers, staff, and peers at all times.

Cleanliness: Care should be taken to keep learning areas neat and clean. Garbage must be disposed of properly in the bins provided.

Property: Students should take care of all learning materials and property. Writing or drawing on walls, desks, or furniture is not allowed.

Any accidental damage should be reported immediately to the teacher.

Intentional damage to property will result in the student’s parents being notified and the student held responsible.

Conduct: Running, shouting, and rough play are not permitted indoors. Physical or verbal aggression, bullying, or any form of disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.

Personal Items: Students should not bring toys, magazines, comic books, trading cards, video games, or mobile phones to the program. Any such items brought to school will be collected and returned at the end of the day.

Behavior Policy

We believe in helping students learn from their mistakes and grow positively.

First step: A gentle verbal reminder.

Second step: A short time-out or reflection period.

Third step: Parents will be informed.

Continued behavior: If the issue persists, the student may be removed from the program to maintain a positive environment for all learners.
